Many 2018 season champions·winners of majors decided to participate!

Kevin Na, Ian Poulter, Paul Casey, Gary Woodland, Jason Dufner, Adam Scott, Danny Willett, Ernie Els

As many winners of this season’s PGA tour and majors confirmed their participation in THE CJ CUP, golf fans can now look forward to a high-quality tournament. Kevin Sangwook Na who held his first championship trophy in 7 years after winning the Greenbrier Classic, Gary Woodland making a glorious comeback by winning the 2018 Waste Management Phoenix Open in 5 years, and Houston Open winner Ian Poulter are all joining THE CJ CUP tournament. They have all exhibited a great performance by winning this season’s tour since they participated in the first CJ CUP last year, and will hopefully return to Jeju in the best shape.

Moreover, veteran golfers with experience winning majors are also coming, such as ‘Big Easy’ Ernie Els who is the 2019 Presidents Cup captain with 19 PGA tour victories including the US Open and The Open Championship, 2013 Masters Tournament champion Adam Scott with a total of 13 victories, 2013 PGA Championship winner Jason Dufner, and 2016 Masters Tournament winner Danny Willett. In particular, Ernie Els had withdrawn participation at the last minute in 2017 due to the flu, which is why he is set out to make up for last year in this tournament. In addition, golf fans can also see many major champions such as US Open winner Brooks Koepka, The Open Championship winner Stewart Cink, and PGA Championship winner Jason Day and Justin Thomas in the flesh.
